Mission of the internal auditor
The role of the internal auditor is to help the company achieve its objectives by evaluating, through a systematic and methodical approach, its quality management and internal control processes, its organization, and by making proposals to strengthen its efficiency.
The function of internal auditor is very often performed by experienced executives. However, they were not prepared to exercise this new activity by their professional career or by their studies.
However, auditing is a technique that knows its own rules and calls on specific skills that it is essential to acquire. The success of an internal audit mission requires mastery of the approach and tools of the auditor.
This is the purpose of this internal audit training.
Objectives of the training
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Control all the steps to carry out an internal quality audit;
- Master the fundamentals and use the tools essential to the internal auditor function;
- Adopt the behaviors adapted to the conduct and performance of an audit.
