I-CONS SA is managed by a Board of Directors and a General Management. The Board of Directors defines the strategies and controls the execution of the policies defined within it. The General Management is responsible for coordinating, supervising, organizing and controlling the company’s activities.

The Chief Executive Officer, in addition to coordinating, planning and monitoring the company’s activities, is responsible for the legal and financial aspects of its activities. He is assisted in his tasks by a Technical Director (who acts as Deputy Managing Director) and an Administrative and Financial Manager.
